Gearheart Construction needed a site that generates leads and shows off their work, fast. As creative developer I owned both design and development, going from blank page to production in under a week.

The build pairs a Next.js frontend with a flexible Sanity architecture, so the team publishes new projects and edits content without a developer in the loop. Hosting on Vercel keeps it fast and free.
