Most marketing sites land in the low-to-mid of their range; the top end is for larger page counts, custom design systems, or integration work.

How a project runs.

A real process, the same discipline an agency uses, run by one accountable person instead of a relay of coordinators.

  1. 1

    Discovery & scope

    Week 1

We get clear on the goal. I write up the context, audience, brand, structure, pick the right tool for the job, and send a fixed-fee proposal with explicit scope, price, and timeline.

  2. 2

    Design

    Weeks 2–3

Direction first, then full page comps you review. For larger jobs I bring in a trusted design partner; either way you see it before it gets built.

  3. 3

    Build

    Weeks 3–5

The production phase. Fast, because I use the right tooling, but every decision gets senior judgment and a real review before it ships.

  4. 4

    Launch

    Week 5–6

Performance pass to clear Core Web Vitals, QA, analytics and SEO checks, then go live.

  5. 5

    Handoff or retainer

    Ongoing

Sites come with a walkthrough and docs so your team can edit and run them yourself. Stay on a support retainer if you want me in your corner.

The fine print, plainly.

Fixed-fee sites, hourly engineering

Website builds are quoted as a fixed fee up front. Engineering runs hourly or scoped. Either way, the terms are clear before we start.

No discounts, I resize scope

If the budget is tight, we cut scope to fit. Same work never drops in price.

50% to start, balance at launch

Simple milestone terms, stated in the proposal. Larger builds split into more.

Retainers are breakable

Month-to-month with notice on both sides. No hostage contracts.
