O’Keeffe’s homepage: O’Keeffe’s is hardworking skincare

The work

O’Keeffe’s makes hardworking skincare, and their marketing site runs on Webflow. Their team wanted to build new pages by stacking ready-made sections and dropping in their own content, without needing a developer for each one.

I went through the site section by section, turned the sections already in use into reusable components with editable content, and reorganized the Components panel so the team can find what they need. Nothing on the live site could visibly change, so every swap was checked against the original page before anything was removed.

What shipped

  • Components panel reorganized into Global, Sections, Elements, and Unused groups
  • New section components for the Hero, Category Grid, Dotted Divider, Heading and Text, Icon Cards with CTA, and Contact Sidebar
  • One Image Hero component replacing separate heroes on seven pages, with each background saved as a variant
  • Editable content props on existing components like Heritage, used 17 times across the site
  • Every default set to the current content, so every existing page looks exactly as it did before
  • Webflow
  • Webflow MCP
  • Claude
  • Linear
